Our company offers a complete range of assessment services to municipal government. Formed in 1980, WCA Assessing (Formerly Wayne County Appraisal Company) was established to fill an important need by government for a cost-effective alternative to in-house and/or county assessment services.

WCA Assessing has been contracted by the Township of Canton and the Township of Plymouth since 1982, the Township of Northville since 1988, the Township of Ann Arbor since 1991, the City of Plymouth since April 2004, the Township of Redford since 2006, the City of Garden City since 2008, the City of Gibraltar, the City of Chelsea since 2009, the Township of Salem in 2010 and the City of Belleville, City of Ypsilanti and City of Brighton in 2011. Upon each contract renewal period, we have continued our services with these communities.
